Rumors have been swirling around since the announcement that Kenny Ortega was going to be doing a remake of the dancing classic “Dirty Dancing”. These runors have included saying that Miley Cyrus and Demi Lovato might be up for consideration in this movie for roles.
While that has not been completely ruled out , the director has stated more or less that he has his eyes on “So You Think You Can Dance” finalist Melanie Moore for a top role in the film in a recent interview.
The film is way too early in the beginning processes to make any speculations on who or who will not be in the movie at this time.. There are a lot of steps to go like writing a script for it before any casting is done and production proceeds.
