GAC just revealed their full list of the Top 50 music video's of the 90's. Billy Ray's smash hit "Achy Breaky Heart." Was on that list and landed a spot as #29. This really isnt suprising considering this song shot Billy Ray right into fame and is still his most noted song ever. Speaking of Billy today he is releasing his new single "19." In which Miley tweeted about yesterday. Considering Miley Cyrus is turning 19 this year, it kinda makes me wonder if the song has something to do with Miley. Atleast I sure hope so! How sweet would that be? Billy Ray writing as song about his daughter, like old times. We can only dream. Anyways check out the rest of GAC's list right here
