It has been a long time since we have heard anything about Miley’s hacker that leaked racy pictures of her back in 2008 that really started all this Miley Cyrus picture scandal thing to begin with. At that time Federal agents seized his computers and he confessed to hacking her accounts to get the pictures and selling them. It seems that no further action was taken at that time. The FBI has had him under surveillance since 2008.
Now he has finally been arrested in Nashville, TN but not for hacking Miles’ accounts but for credit card fraud. His real name is Joshua Holly and he has been arraigned on the credit card fraud charge and released to his grandmother with the stipulation that he has no access to computers or other devices that can access the Internet. He is now going to stand trial and authorities say more charges against him may be forthcoming.
Justice is served in our opinion. What do you guys think?
