Ok, Miley Cyrus' little sister Noah Cyrus is only 11-years-old but I can already tell she's going to be just as annoying and a low-key trainwreck like her older sister. Noah has appeared on several episodes of Hannah Montana and voiced the character Ponyo in the anime feature film. There are rumors of a Hannah Montana prequel and the Hannah role might be played by Noah.
