Don’t you love how it’s a whole family affair with Billy Ray Cyrus, Tish Cyrus and Miley’s little sister Noah Cyrus?
Miley and Liam have been dating on and off since June 2009 but recently they’ve been spending a lot of time together. They’ve been spotted having romantic strolls, dates in LA and she even flew to Michigan to spend time with him!
We must admit we’re happy to see Billy Ray and Tish all smiles, this must make Miley so happy given how their family was estranged this past year.
