Miley Cyrus enjoyed an afternoon out in West Hollywood today, August 9, She and a gal pal shopped on Melrose Ave before driving off in Miley’s car.
The pair stopped by Marc Jacobs and a few other stores. I’m loving Miley’s shorter hair and she looks so cute in these pics.
